As part of our commitment to sustainability and social impact, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or store credits for any reason, including sizing issues, color discrepancies, or changes of mind. We strongly advise you to review the size chart provided on our website before placing an order to ensure a proper fit. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with supporting evidence (e.g. photos), and we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Project EKam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and confirmed as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries outside of India. Shipping times and fees may vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply for international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
